Plant Root Analysis System

Purpose:

The Plant Root Analysis System is designed as an automatic analysis system for quick photography and multi parameter, batch analysis of root systems with a diameter of 0.5mm or more after washing. The entire system consists of a high-speed scanner, analysis software (PC end), and a computer (self provided), and its imaging speed is 20 times faster than the scanning model.

(15) It can perform topological analysis of the root system, automatically determine the number of connections, relationship angles, etc. of the roots, and can also automatically analyze the length, area, volume, etc. of the main root or any lateral root separately. It can display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system separately (customizable with unequal spacing).

(16) The box dimension method can be used to automatically measure the fractal dimension of root systems. The proportion of rhizobium volume in the root system can be analyzed to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobium cells.

(17) Large scale fully automated root analysis, with editing and correction of various analysis result graphs.

(18) Capable of large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution.

(19) Analyze the characteristics of corner analysis, horizontal angle analysis, and root extraction analysis.

(20) Each analysis image, distribution chart, and result data can be saved and exported to an Excel spreadsheet, and analysis marker charts can be output.

(21) The instrument has cloud platform support, which allows analysis data to be saved to the cloud for viewing anytime and anywhere.
