Instrument usage
The plant transpiration rate measuring instrument is a scientific research instrument that uses two measurement methods, open and closed. Used to measure the influence of various factors on leaf stomatal behavior, it can conveniently, repeatedly, and accurately calculate stomatal impedance, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate. It can also measure air temperature and humidity, leaf surface temperature, and photosynthetically active radiation. Widely used in the study of water physiology in plant leaves, research on crop water use, water stress hazards, and biological control and regulation effects.
Measurement method
Two measurement methods: open circuit and closed circuit
Measuring principle
Principle: Place the leaf surface in an open leaf chamber and allow the atmosphere to enter the chamber at a certain flow rate. Measure the humidity of the gases entering and leaving the chamber separately, and then calculate the transpiration rate based on the difference in humidity between the gases entering and leaving the chamber.

Transpiration rate, total conductance of leaves to water vapor, conductance of stomatal water vapor, stomatal impedance, leaf temperature, inlet humidity of leaf chamber, outlet humidity of leaf chamber, leaf chamber temperature, leaf chamber humidity, gas flow rate, light intensity PAR, atmospheric pressure.

New type of blade chamber: The clamping force of the blade chamber can be adjusted according to the thickness of the blade, which can not only avoid damaging the blade but also prevent air leakage.
