Product Overview

HM-GX03S is a plant root scanning system for quantitative plant root research. It acquires root images using an A3 dual-light color scanner and analyzes root morphology after washing. Illumination from the scanner bed and lid helps reduce shadows in the root tray. The analysis software also measures pods, grains and conifer needles. In plant physiology studies, the system supports comparison of root length, diameter distribution, surface area and branching across prepared samples.
